We manufacture a full range of diamond honing stones, CBN honing stones, honing tools, mandrels, hone head, adapters, wedges, retainers, alignment bushes, trueing sleeves in China. Our honing abrasives are designed for Sunnen, Nagel, Gehring, Nissin, Fuji, Mas and other honing machines.

Application
AS, CS type honing rods are suitable for honing most materials and belong to soft mandrels
AH, CH type honing rods are suitable for honing hard materials, blank materials, ceramics, cast iron, glass, etc., belonging to hard mandrels
AB, CB type honing rods are used for honing more precise parts, also for very soft and difficult to machine materials, belonging to copper core shaft
Honing mandrel composition
What is the role of the honing rod composition and each honing component:
Honing stone: the grinding strip is bonded to the base and is the main part involved in grinding;
Honing mandrel: the rear end is connected with the connector, and the front end groove is a cut body of the honing stone;
Adapter: connecting the honing rod and the honing machine spindle to transmit torque;
Wedge: push the oil stone up and make the oil stone participate in the grinding;
Retainer: Connect to the connector to tighten the oil stone to prevent the flying strip.
