Single Stroke Honing Tool
 

The single stroke honing tool, also known as a single pass honing tool, incorporates a super abrasive sleeve mounted on a tapered mandrel for precision bore sizing and finishing. Each diamond tool is designed to match corresponding honing machines. Customers can choose from our existing models or customize a new one based on bore diameter.

These honing tools are suitable for hydraulic valve bores, refrigerator compressor cylinder bores and shaft bores. For the abrasive sleeve, options include: whole type (sintered from copper powder and abrasives), electroplated type, and split type (abrasive bars bonded to a copper substrate). For custom specifications, simply send us your drawings or details for tailored design.

The single stroke honing tool is used for finishing bores as small as Φ2mm and is fully equipped with thrust pads. In addition, based on honing processes, it is available in four types: vertical, horizontal, vertical cylinder, and horizontal cylinder. Specific product descriptions are as follows.
