Product Description
Honing is a main process method for inner hole finishing and super-finishing. Since a larger area is in contact with the workpiece during honing, the relative speed and pressure between the abrasive and the workpiece are lower than during grinding, and the temperature of the cutting surface also decreases. Therefore, honing can obtain an inner hole surface with higher precision stability and surface roughness than grinding in mass production.
