This special pattern has been made includes creating various" cross hatch" or "sine curve"cratch patterns on the finished bores.(The depth and angle of the cratch pattern are varied depend upon superabrasive grit size,workpiece material,operating
speeds and feeds.)
This pattern are thought to be beneficial in the retaining of oil in the engine cylinder bores.
